Tasting : Expressive complex nose of black fruits such as cherries. Beautiful structure with velvet tannins and a good length in the mouth of black fruits and spices.

Accompaniment : At a tasting temperature of 14 and 16°C, this fruity and supple wine will be perfect with poultry.

Vinification : After mechanical harvesting, it will macerate for 3 weeks in a temperature-controlled vat and will be aged in a concrete vat for a year.
